As an RN of 40 years (oncology, hospice, ER, OR, long term care, physical rehab, rheumatology, nursing education, research) and as a non-denominational minister, I have found that there is nothing as effective as the healing that can be accomplished through connection with the wiser part of the individual known as the Higher Self. As a clinical hypnotherapist and practitioner of both QHHT and Introspective Hypnosis, and as a Reiki Master Teacher, I have repeatedly witnessed healing. When our cells listen to a brain that receives information in a faulty manner due to depression, anxiety, or misinterpretation of symptoms, our health will suffer. Science has proven that our health is impacted through our thoughts, feelings, emotions and beliefs and that our DNA is impacted by our state of mind. Many physicians and other health care professionals agree that a vast number of our illnesses can be caused by stress in some form or another.

I teach Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, the traditional form of reiki imparted by Mikao Usui in the early 1900s. There are about 25 different types of reiki which are off-shoots from the traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho. I believe in teaching reiki the way Mikao Usui would have wanted it to be taught – uncluttered, with dedication to simplicity, and with emphasis on the importance of the practitioner remaining healthy. Usui did not teach about the use of crystals, psychic surgery or smudging, etc. The power of Usui Shiki Ryoho speaks for itself without the use of anything but pure energy. I firmly believe that nothing else is required when we are channeling powerful Source energy.

Children as young as 4 have learned this beautiful technique because it comes to them naturally. The children who have attended my classes are now poised to offer so much in the years to come, guiding them into a more loving, peaceful and healthy world…

Reiki and hypnosis are effective in the healing process. Why not give them a try? You have nothing to lose and so much to gain…
